Lincoln County Real Estate Recap-October 2019

Sales numbers for October are not bad. I was expecting slow month, I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that sales were up. Here is a quick recap of the criteria used to generate this report.

  1. Report includes all homes over $100,000.00
  2. Report does not include manufactured homes( double wides, etc. )
  3. Report does not include townhomes or condos

-October sales were up 9% from September 2019

-October sales were the same as sales for October 2018

-YTD overall sales are up 4.6% from October 2018

-The number of new construction permits pull from Jan-October 2019 is down 17% from the period Jan-October 2018.

-69% of the homes sold below the listing price.
