As a Charlotte-area native, born & raised, I have developed a career out of the love for my community
I grew up in Statesville, North Carolina, a small town just north of Charlotte. I moved to Charlotte in 1986 and attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, at that time Charlotte’s population was just a little over 300,000 people.
Everyday, I’d walk through the neighborhoods, swing by the local markets, eat all the best food & started introducing myself to the community. Fast forward 20 years, and I’ve watched my community grow and thrive into what it is today, with over 1.2 million people in Mecklenburg county.
I’ve been involved in real estate my whole life.
I always tell my clients, working in real estate reminds me of my Dad. As a child, my father was a builder and would put me in charge of cleaning the houses and taking care of the yard before putting them on the market. He taught me the importance of “Show & Sell” at a young age and it’s carried with me throughout my career.
When my clients ask me about the area, I’ve got a rolodex of information ready to go. I’m always adding new information, watching the data, and collecting statistics to help each of my clients position themselves to make the maximum return on their investment. I know what buyers are looking for, so I know how to best present your home to them.
Take the emotions out of the transaction
I also realize how emotional selling your home can be. I’ve personally purchased and sold an abundance of homes for myself and others throughout the years, so I can empathize with the process for both buying & selling, while helping you make an informed, objective and sound decisions. More importantly, I can help you take the emotions from the process and filter into a successful transaction.
